Darren Wichers : Lead Vocals

Darren's been rockin' around the Seattle area since he was fifteen, of course in your everyday garage band in which They all had big egos and thought they'd be the next big thing outta Seattle. These guys later went on to form FORCED ENTRY. Darren has fronted original Seattle bands TYPHOID MARY, ELIJAH PROFIT, and ASH GROOVE recording six song demos with Typhoid Mary and Ash Groove. After opening a show for a Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band at The Detour, the band approached Darren asking if he would like to join saying, "You would fit in great’Ķyou look like Ronnie Van Zant." So he joined. This band was WHISKEY CREEK. This was the start of his southern rock run for years to come. A few years later, a couple of guys in the band (W.C.) approached Darren about starting a new, in your face Southern rock band that played more than just Skynyrd. This band was SOUTHERN JUSTICE. Darren joined and formed a few hard rock cover bands after S.J. disbanded, doing the hard rock or metal stuff from the 80's and 90's, which offered him the ability to use his voice to its full potential. This kept Him busy playing the Seattle club scene for about four years. Darren is now back to front WHISKEY RIVER,( formally Whiskey Creek ) in which one of the members is a former S.J. guitarist ( John Passarelli ). As for the other members, its an all new line up from the old days. Every member is highly professional, and it show's in the music they perform. Darren also fronts the 80's, 90's, and 00's butt metal band FULL METAL JACKET, and the BON SCOTT EXPERIENCE. Darren's opened for such bands as Molly Hatchet, Quiet Riot, Randy Hansen, Commander Cody, Paul Rodgers, Head East, Janis Joplin's band Big Brother and the Holding Company, Blue Oyster Cult, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Atomic Punks (tribute to Van Halen), Def Leppard, and Journey.
